Prototyping



The core competences of our prototype-department are the production of physical prototypes and the Mockup structure, these are then subsequently realised by our employees applying their extensive technical knowledge and wide experience in the field of automotive developement. Extensive areas of competence include: mounting analysis, buildability examinations, mobile and static measurement activities, as well as documentation and logging, with the objective of examining among other things all potential effects of any alterations.


Advances in the areas of body work, chassis, electric-electronic, interior and exterior will be competently realised and will be continually updated and improved in correlation with our product developement.


We maintain a high level of efficiency by preparing vehicles for crash and sled tests. The synchronous team-work of our testing staff enables quick activation and rebuilding of experimental vehicles, in compliance with crash regulations and innovative realisation of customer requirements.
